**Job Title**: Bench Sales Recruiter

**Location**: Jaya Nagar 1st Block, Bangalore

**Work Hours**: 7.30PM to 4.30AM(Night Shift)

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Actively market bench consultants to existing vendors/clients and new prospects.
- Build and maintain relationships with Tier 1 vendors and implementation partners.
- Submit consultants to job requirements through job portals, networking, and referrals.
- Negotiate rates with vendors and clients; close deals on behalf of the company.
- Update internal databases and CRM tools with accurate submission records.
- Coordinate interviews between consultants and clients and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Generate daily/weekly reports on marketing efforts and placements.

**Required Skills**:

- 3+ years of experience in US Bench Sales Recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of visa classifications (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC, etc.).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience working with job boards like Dice, Monster, TechFetch, and LinkedIn.
- Proven track record in closing deals and placing consultants.
- Must be a self-starter and result-driven individual.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with ATS/CRM tools.
- Existing vendor contacts in the US IT Staffing market.
- Team handling or mentoring experience is a plus.

**Compensation**:

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
