**Roles and Responsibilities**
- 1)Environment monitoring of classified areas pf production or microbiology laboratory, observations of environment monitoring plates and feed data in trend analysis.

2) Identification of microorganisms by automated biochemical method.

3)Growth promotion of inhouse and ready to use media.

4) To perform microbiological limit test of raw material and in process samples as per method of analysis, SOP and its reporting.

5)Disinfectant efficacy test as per SOP and related reporting.

6)Swab analysis of surface monitoring

7)To perform and maintain calibration records, media preparation, growth promotion test records and other related documents of microbiology section.

8)To maintain and handle the microbial cultures as per SOP.

9) Bacterial endotoxin test of in-process samples
