**Role: Quality Control Supervisor**
**Experience: 0 to 5 years**
**Education: UG: B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization, B.Sc in Food Technology, Microbiology**
**PG: MS/M.Sc(Science) in Food Technology, Microbiology, Medical-MS/MD in Microbiology**
**Job Location: Bhiwandi, Thane**
**Job description**:
- **Testing and Inspection**:Conduct various tests (physical, chemical, microbiological) on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to assess quality and safety.
- **Documentation**:Maintain accurate records of tests, inspections, and corrective actions taken.
- **Reporting**:Prepare reports on test results, identify non-conformances, and report them to appropriate personnel.
- **Collaboration**:Work with other departments, such as production and quality assurance, to address quality issues and improve processes.
- **Compliance**:Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and company standards.
- **Audits**:Conduct internal audits of production facilities and -processes to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with quality standards.
