**Job Description Area Sales Manager**
**KRA**
Ø Increase MBO / SIS sale by implementing the right sales strategies
Ø Appoint new MBO / SIS counters in the Region
Ø Staff Management, Training, Daily reports, weekly reports, monthly reports from all dealers.
Ø Co
- ordination with distributors/ warehouse team for base stock at all SIS counters. Replenishment at all counters.
Ø Promoting, refilling Basic Tshirts and maintaining data of the company fixtures.
Ø Regular visits of all SIS and key retailers and sharing checklist / feedback with management.
Ø Guide sales team of MBO/SIS/ TIS counters to meet the sales target set by the company.
Ø Maintaining strong relationship with existing and potential clients and resolving all customers queries, grievances.
Ø Monitoring and checking all defects
Ø Mystery audits and reports, Inventory management by identifying slow movers and transfer of same to other counters.
Ø Co-ordination with MIS team for update on any malpractices
Ø Co -ordination and planning for Spring summer, Autumn winter, Preview booking and Projected booking plan, Growth of 15% on Season to Season for existing dealers and adding up new dealers every season.
**Required Skills and Qualification**
Ø 3-4 years of experience as an Area Manager in Distribution, MBO and SIS channels
Ø Good written and oral communication skills, experience of Team management
Ø Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Ø Open for travelling
Ø Experience in handling billing software, customer service, people management
Ø Bachelor’s degree in Business management or similar field
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
