Innovation, sustainability, and people are at the heart of what we do.About the RoleWe are looking for a experienced & skilled CAD and Sampling Manager to lead and oversee the CAD and sampling activities in the garment industry. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate pattern making, grading, marker making, and efficient sample development to support product design and production goals.ResponsibilitiesLead CAD and sample teams to ensure timely delivery of patterns, markers, and samplesOversee pattern making, grading, marker creation, and sample development using CAD softwareCollaborate with design, production, and quality teams for accurate fit and executionDrive workflow efficiency across CAD and sampling operationsMentor team members to enhance technical capabilitiesMaintain and upgrade CAD systems and licensesManage sample room resources (fabrics, trims, equipment)Review and approve patterns and samples before productionResolve technical issues and report progress to leadershipQualificationsGraduation or Diploma CAD & Pattern Making, or related field.Minimum 10+ years’ experience in CAD pattern making and grading in the garment industry.Proven experience managing a CAD team.Strong knowledge of CAD software such as Tuka CAD, Gerber, Lectra etc.Excellent understanding of garment construction, pattern making and fabric standards.Strong leadership and communication skills.Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
