**Job Role**
We are looking for an energetic and target-driven **Sales Executive** to grow our dealer network, build strong client relationships, and drive sales in the bathroom fittings segment.

**Responsibilities**
- Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, and B2B customers.
- Maintain and grow business with existing clients.
- Pitch products, prepare quotations, and close deals.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Gather market intelligence and competitor insights.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of sales experience in sanitaryware, bathroom fittings, hardware, or building materials (preferred).
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel within assigned territory.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented.
