**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Estimation and Costing**:

- Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and quotations for interior fit-out projects based on drawings and design specifications.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive cost database for materials, labor, and subcontractor rates.
- Analyse project plans and technical specifications to identify potential risks and cost-saving opportunities.
- **Quantity Surveying**:

- Prepare accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and item rate analyses from on-site data and architectural/interior drawings.
- Take precise measurements from the site team and drawings to ensure quantity accuracy.
- Cross-verify measurements and quantities for all project work.
- **Billing and Documentation**:

- Prepare and process running account (RA) bills, final bills, and invoices for clients and subcontractors.
- Maintain meticulous records of all project estimates, BOQs, and billing documents.
- Ensure a smooth handover of all detailed financial and technical information to the project execution team.
- **Site & Technical Coordination**:

- Collaborate with the project and site teams to resolve technical issues related to costing and measurements.
- Conduct periodic site visits to monitor progress, ensure quality standards, and verify that work is executed as per the BOQ.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Experience:3+ years of direct experience as an Estimator or Quantity Surveyor specifically within the interior design/fit-out industry.
- Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in reading and interpreting interior design and architectural drawings (CAD).
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel is a must.
- Familiarity with estimation and project management software is a plus.
- Core Competencies:

- In-depth knowledge of interior materials, finishing items, and current market rates.
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and vendors.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
