Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Quantity Surveyor (QS) located in Mumbai. The MEP QS will be responsible for estimating and managing the costs relating to building projects, from the planning stage through to completion. Day-to-day tasks include conducting feasibility studies, preparing tender documents, managing contractor relationships, and ensuring that costs are properly recorded and controlled. The MEP QS will also ensure compliance with building regulations and sustainability standards. Qualifications - Cost estimation, cost analysis, and budget management skills - Proficiency in preparing tender and contract documents - Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and onsite in Mumbai - Relevant experience in the construction or architecture sectors - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Construction Management, or related field.
