Egon Zehnder Information and Research Services (KCI) is the global knowledge center of Egon Zehnder. Established in January 2005, it is a wholly owned subsidiary of Egon Zehnder based in Gurgaon.

This global operation has a total team strength of more than 300 people, spanning Research, IT, Transcription, Data Management, and Quality services. Certain service lines also provide 24 x 7 support.

KCI is very well integrated with the global organization, with more than 90% of the offices working with this team. Given this backdrop, the employee count has grown impressively over the years, to ensure even more comprehensive support services.

Global Visual Solutions Team
The **Global Visual Solutions** team started in 2011 to support consultants in creating professional presentations as per our brand guidelines. Currently, the team has 20 members working across 3 shifts on 24/5. The team provides support in the areas of document design, pitch presentations, print, multimedia, and social media design.

The team helps by understanding the client brand and providing visualizations to cater to all business requirements. The team focuses on gaining a competitive advantage using cross-trained designers who support document design to visualize the entire marketing campaign.

**_ Communications Coordinator, Global Visual Solutions _**

Global Visual Solutions seeks an experienced Communications Coordinator to work with the various stakeholders across Egon Zehnder to produce, update and refresh communication style. This role involves managing and ensuring the company intranet is uptodate using the latest content and brand-approved visuals. The role also involves writing a variety of different content to support communications, marketing, and business groups in finalizing video scripts, ecommunications, newsletters, and website copy. Global Visual solutions reside within the Knowledge center India organization and provide creative services on business and marketing documents firmwide. Our mission is to deliver on-brand, user-friendly visual design, and solutions to our growing population of Egon Zehnder stakeholders. The Communications Coordinator works with Experts, business managers, trainers, and other content creators to create impactful and interactive content for firmwide communication. The role will also involve training new joiners in content updates on the Unily platform, creating, maintaining, and evolving templates to keep them engaging, and managing the pipeline for the Internal Communications team.

The Communications Coordinator will report to the Director of the Global Visual Solutions Team at KCI.

**Requirements**:
**Website management**
- Consultant bios (EZ website): handling consultant bio & photo together with editor & local office, ongoing backend management in CMS, Bluebook, Sharepoint
- Making sure Bluebook & Website match (also re practices/segments), e.g. consultant specialization in certain topics, consultant count
- Office site management (new offices, changes to existing offices, google maps listings)
- Web content management (changes): articles, In the News, practice pages, content SEO keyword tagging and adding keywords to existing articles, writing of short SEO excerpts
- Handling of Youtube (video upload)
- Write a variety of outlines from business content to create a structure for newsletters, website copy, and video scripts
- Make sure that all promotional and marketing materials on the intranet meet the company’s brand identity strategy.
- General administrative and marketing duties including sending e-marketing campaigns, updating intranet and SharePoint sites, and publishing newsletters.
- Proofread all work for content, spelling, punctuation, grammar, typographical errors, and branding specifications.
- Document style guide and brand guidelines for the Unily platform by using existing brand guidelines.
- Serve as point of contact for updating the website with the digital communication team.
- Serve as point of contact for updating Maestro as well as internal communication requests.
- Recommend techniques to improve the company’s intranet and employee brand
- Create, maintain, monitor, and evolve the intranet templates within the Unily platform
- Work with PG groups to understand priorities and design interactive web content for internal audiences.
- Project planning and tracking as required with supply and demand e-learning creation environments

- Experience and Qualifications
- 2-4 years experience in a communications or marketing role
- Familiar with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, English, public relations, or journalism.
