**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and present our products/services in a compelling manner.
- Identify customer needs, handle objections, and provide solutions to close sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
- Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies and share best practices.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 1-2 years in tele sales or a related sales role.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- **Sales-Driven**: A results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- **Resilience**: Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.

Pay: ₹9,191.05 - ₹43,855.20 per month
