Roles and Responsibility

1. Administering all the Production Planning according to Central Planning; and preparing Daily/Weekly/Monthly Production planning as well as releasing plan in system for Scheduling and Materials planning

2. Working with sourcing/material department in material planning and reducing inventory level of finished/semi-finished components

3. Organizing workflow & schedules for Production Department, monitoring production status & ensuring timely delivery; identifying delays and adjusting schedules to meet deadlines

4. Estimating manpower, Equipment and raw material needed to cover production demand

5. Carrying out Material planning & scheduling for Direct & Indirect shop material

6. Ensuring planning & production entries should be timely entered in BG / ERP by team

7. Playing a key role in the preparation & analysis of daily production report. analysing and reporting the deviation of production plan to the management if any as well as conducting meeting for insure smooth flow of operations

8. Successfully achieved 100% service ratio of Plan vs actual

9. Identifying & addressing issues when they arise aiming for minimise distribution and Inventory levels / holdings.

10. Working in coordination with Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing engineering and Production to manage the Engineering change implementation for existing model and hassle free introduction of new models.

11. Facilitating the concept of DWM through JH circle, JH activity and eliminating all abnormalities by concept of continuous tagging

13. Driving warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring that audit and compliance requirements were met

14. Executing for External and Internal audits, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)

15. Leading the PPC team and clarify requirements and expectation to the team. Measure performance, provide feedback and encourage accountability for their performance

16. Accountable for dispatches to Spare parts to spare division as per plan; ensuring 100 % plan adherence

17. Ensuring safety stock as per norms for zero delivery Failure

**Salary**: From ₹25,000.00 per month
