- **Key Responsibilities**:_
Efficient manpower management to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
Preparation and maintenance of daily production reports, stock reports, and material movement records.
Study and analyse machine capacity and implement effective time and motion studies to optimize machine and manpower utilization.
Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly meetings with superiors and subordinates to monitor performance and identify improvement areas.
Responsible for achieving daily production targets and aligning production with company goals.
Plan and execute machine-wise production schedules and ensure timely execution of orders.
Coordinate with the procurement and inventory teams for raw material availability and stock monitoring.
Continuous monitoring and control over WIP (Work In Progress) and Finished Goods stock to avoid overproduction or shortages.
Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards during production.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Production Planning & Control, preferably in the wire and cable industry.
Strong analytical and leadership skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
