We collaborate across markets to produce high-quality content from eCommerce designs and brand campaigns to digital and multimedia assets.Role Overview: We are seeking aQuality Control Specialistto join our onsite team in Bengaluru. The successful candidate will ensure that all marketing and creative deliverables meet the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and consistency. You will review and validate materials across multiple formats including digital banners, emails, videos, and print designs & to confirm adherence to client briefs, brand guidelines, and technical specifications. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, a strong understanding of creative production workflows, and effective communication skills to collaborate with internal and global teams.Key Responsibilities: Performdaily quality checkson marketing materials such as digital banners, social media assets, emails, videos, and print designs. Ensure all assets strictlyfollow client briefs, creative direction, and brand/style guidelines. Validatemetadata accuracyand ensure compliance with established taxonomy and file-naming conventions. Reviewlocalized and language versionsof materials to identify and correct design or linguistic inconsistencies. Identify, document, andreport quality issues , collaborating with senior team members to implement solutions. Maintain and regularly updatequality control checklists, documentation, and status reports. Useproject management toolsto monitor workflow, task completion, and project timelines. Work closely with production, creative, and account management teams toensure precision and brand consistency.Qualifications and Skills:Minimum3+ years of relevant experiencein quality control, production, or a similar role within creative, digital ,E-Commerce or marketing environments. StrongEnglish communication skills(minimum B2 level or higher). Exceptionalattention to detailand ability to spot visual, linguistic, or formatting errors. A collaborativeteam playerwith excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid understanding ofdigital and print advertising materialsand client branding standards. Proficient inproject management tools(e.g., Asana, Jira, or equivalent) and theMicrosoft Office suite. Flexible and organized , with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
