- Third Party- Job Description**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
A Compliance Associate is responsible to verify different types of documents, your primary job responsibility would be to ensure that all documents submitted by the requestors comply with relevant laws, framework, and internal policies.
**This may involve**:
- Reviewing documents for completeness, accuracy, and authenticity
- Verifying the identity, qualifications, and work experience of HCPs (Health Care Professionals)
- Ensuring that all documents are properly signed, dated, and authorized by the relevant parties.
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders to obtain missing information or clarify any issues related to the documents.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation as per defined SLAs.
- Consolidate data and prepare various reports
- Perform quality checks to identify errors and document the same
- Creating and reviewing regulatory compliance documentation such as document checklist, manuals and SOP’s.
In addition to these responsibilities, you would also be expected to work collaboratively with other members of the compliance team to be in line with process updates.

- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree, or a master’s degree
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to deal with multiple stakeholders and maintain confidential information.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
