**About the Role**

We are seeking an enthusiastic and **target-driven Sales Associate** to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in driving **tenant acquisition, building partnerships, and increasing occupancy** across Friendzo properties.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Drive **tenant acquisition** through walk-ins, calls, social media leads, and referrals
- Build and maintain relationships with **prospective tenants** to close deals effectively
- Coordinate with the **operations team** to ensure smooth onboarding of tenants
- Achieve **monthly occupancy and revenue targets**:

- Conduct property visits and showcase the value of Friendzo’s offerings
- Assist in managing leads, tracking conversions, and optimizing the sales funnel
- Collaborate with the **marketing team** to execute local campaigns and promotions

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration / Sales / Marketing / Hospitality** or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in **sales, hospitality, or real estate** (Freshers with good communication skills can apply)
- Excellent **communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills**:

- Strong **problem-solving mindset** and ability to handle objections
- Basic knowledge of **Excel, CRM tools, and digital sales platforms**:

- Self-motivated and eager to work in a **fast-paced, startup environment**
