**Job Title: English Linguist - LLM Data Quality Review - Remote**

Join OpenTrain AI as a Remote English Linguist - Quality Reviewer and play a key role in the development of Artificial Intelligence models through the verification and enhancement of AI training data quality. **Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough quality assessments of AI-generated text to ensure alignment with linguistic standards and project specifics.
- Use expertise in the English language to improve AI models focused on understanding and generating text.
- Create and maintain quality control protocols and documentation to consistently guide the AI training process.
- Design and update training materials, and provide mentoring and training to remote AI Trainers.
- Conduct evaluations to certify AI Trainers, ensuring adherence to quality standards.

**Qualifications**:

- A degree in Linguistics with a strong focus on English.
- Proficient in English (C1-C2 level), with excellent writing, communication, and analytical skills.
- Experience with AI and machine learning, especially training Large Language Models (LLMs) used in digital assistants, customer service bots, and similar technologies.
- Prior experience in quality assurance or team leadership within AI training projects is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting, managing tasks effectively across a distributed team.
