**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Class Instruction: Conduct interactive and engaging spoken English classes tailored to various proficiency levels, ensuring the active participation of all students.

Student Assessment: Evaluate students’ progress through regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to help them achieve their language goals.

Classroom Management: Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere, encouraging student participation and collaboration.

Individual Support: Provide personalized support to students, identifying their strengths and areas for improvement.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on current teaching methodologies, language trends, and educational resources to enhance the learning experience.

Communication: Maintain open communication with students and their parents/guardians regarding progress and any concerns.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s / Master degree in English, Education, Linguistics.

Previous experience in teaching spoken English or similar roles is highly desirable.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs.

Passion for education and a genuine interest in helping students succeed.

**Work Schedule**:
