Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Leasing & Commercial Retail Associate. This position is ideal for freshers who are enthusiastic about the retail industry and have a passion for sales, negotiation, and customer service. As a Leasing & Commercial Retail Associate, you will play a crucial role in identifying potential retail tenants, negotiating lease agreements, and ensuring the successful operation of our commercial retail spaces.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Identify potential retail tenants for our commercial retail spaces through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective tenants, understanding their needs and preferences to tailor leasing solutions accordingly.
3. Conduct property tours and presentations to showcase available retail spaces, highlighting key features, benefits, and opportunities for potential tenants.
4. Negotiate lease agreements, rental terms, and conditions, ensuring optimal terms for both the landlord and the tenant.
5. Collaborate with internal teams including property management, legal, and marketing departments to facilitate the leasing process and ensure seamless operations.
6. Coordinate the leasing process from initial contact to lease signing, ensuring all necessary documentation and legal requirements are met.
7. Provide exceptional customer service to existing tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and maintenance issues in a timely and efficient manner.
8. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform leasing strategies and maximize occupancy rates.
9. Assist in developing marketing materials, promotional campaigns, and events to attract potential tenants and drive leasing activity.
10. Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, tenant interactions, and lease agreements using designated software and databases.

Qualifications:
1. Master’s in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field.
2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
4. Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to changing environments.
5. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
7. Prior experience in retail leasing or sales is preferred but not required.
8. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
