**Job Purpose**:
Job Purpose To drive Revenues through developing new clients and servicing existing ones. Support Individual or multiple area/regional level teams to achieve sales quotas. Job requires great listening skills, understanding of the customer and teamwork. Understand client requirement and analysing their requirement. Float Request for Quotations (RFQs) to the insurance companies with client requests. Interacting with relevant risk insurance markets and sourcing best solutions for clients.
Responsible for preparing proposals for clients. Validating all policy documents and its wordings are in line with RFQ document shared with insurer for procuring their terms and quotes. Ensure all policy documents are reaching client well within agreed time frames. Renewal tracking and ensuring reminders are sent to clients for premium payments. End to end monitoring and execution of responsibilities from Onboarding a new client to renewal of clients. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at the insurance companies.
The role involves hunting and new acquisition. Manage Full Sales cycles Opportunities for products like Group Medi claim, Group Personal Accident, Group Term Life, Group Fund business, Keyman Insurance, Liability products and also provide a host of wellness products like doctor consultations, e-pharmacy, diagnostics centre through the LivLong App
**Job Context**:
To drive sales through by procuring, General Insurance, health Insurance, Term Insurance, retirement funds business from Corporate clients including MNC s, Indian companies, banks across of his/her specific region and approaching insurance companies with the requirement of the corporates and making sure the right requirements are placed with insurer. The Zonal Director is in charge of their zone and responsible for generating sales through new clients and servicing existing clients. Stiff competition and disruptive sales practices by competition (other life and general brokers). A self-driven individual with a passion to succeed and proven leadership skills having the ability to manage multiple RFQ’s at the same time and keeping the momentum high at all times. Ensure to get time share and mind share of decision makers is a challenge as decision makers are usually averse to change. Also developing relationships with insurers is a key. Understand and manage customer expectations which aren’t always clearly stated. Ensure faster deliverables and develop skill sets for business procurement through MNC’s, PSU’s, SME’s and other companies.
**Key Result Area**
Ensure achievement of planned business targets for sales - 1. Plan and work with the team to procure business to boost the top-line 2. Ensure identification & mapping of right opportunities and working on them to build a case for placement of business through LivLong. 3. Identify cross sell opportunities for B2B2C wellness business. Ensure implementation of sales strategies and sales management - 1. Track to maintain healthy business records, client information to build a long drawn sustainable client and prospect information base to be useful for sustainable cross-sell opportunities 2. To ensure the ZD identifies and builds relationships with key influencers & decision makers, influencers etc 3. Ensure adherence to sales management processes for business procurement in identifying priorities to achieve set goals 4. Manage sales stage development plan for every customer by ensuring every minute details being adhered to. This helps in sales stage progression right from pipeline, relating, discovery, advocating, supporting to closure with consultation and regular reviews with Head Corporate Sales. 5. Timely identification of any issues that may need to be addressed to ensure the winning mandate from a customer. Undertake relevant initiatives around business development and pipeline building - Ensure the ZD keeps track of competition movements, wins/losses to ensure higher market share for LivLong. Ensure LivLong is present to participate in quotes/RFQ’s of various companies

Internal - CEO, CDO, Head Corporate Sales, Servicing and Claims teams, marketing team Frequency: based on the level of interaction required. Legal issues as a part of business procurement and may require signing of NDA’s etc. Specific pricing requests Customized solutions on Taxation related to gratuity/pension/leave encashment funds. Interaction with all relevant SPOCS for Credit Life acquisition External - MD/CFO/Director HR/Head HR/VP / Financial Controller / Trust Admin / Head - tax/ Company Secretary/ Legal Head / Head Payroll Head Insurance, Insurance companies from both life and general insurance.
