**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Gold Appraisal**: Evaluate the purity, weight, and value of gold ornaments for loan approval.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements to ensure a transparent and ethical loan process.
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Meet and exceed monthly loan disbursal targets.
- **Cross-Selling**: Promote additional products and services offered by PinkGold Loan to enhance customer value.
- **Follow-Up**: Engage with customers to ensure timely loan repayments and provide reminders for renewals or closures.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Strong knowledge of the gold loan industry or financial services.
- Proficiency in appraising gold ornaments using modern tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-driven with the ability to achieve and exceed targets.
- Fluency in [local language] and English is an advantage.
