**Job Title: Telecaller**

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers using a prepared script.
- Introduce company products or services to potential customers.
- Answer questions about products or services.
- Obtain customer information such as name, address, and other relevant details.
- Record customer details and interactions in the database.
- Follow up on initial contacts.
- Maintain a professional and courteous manner with all customers.

**Requirements**:

- Graduation or Master Degree.
- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable making cold calls.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
