As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads or sales for the company. You will be the first point of contact for customers, representing the company and promoting its products or services. Your confident and engaging communication skills will play a crucial role in successfully convincing customers to take the desired action.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases or leads.
- Introduce and promote the company's products or services to potential customers.
- Engage customers in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and requirements.
- Answer customer queries and provide accurate information about the company's offerings.
- Maintain a polite, professional, and confident demeanor during all interactions with customers.
- Persuade customers to take the desired action, such as purchasing a product or scheduling a meeting.
- Follow a script or sales pitch to ensure consistent and effective communication.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, or feedback.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide them with qualified leads and valuable customer insights.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitors to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Continuously improve sales and communication skills through training and self-development.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Ambala, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
