Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**
**Client Support**
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of client queries and concerns.
**Implementation & Deployment**
- Oversee the implementation and deployment of our software product at client sites.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient setup process, adhering to client requirements and company standards.
**End User Training**
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for end users to ensure they are proficient in using the software product.
- Develop training materials and documentation to support user education.
**Client Interaction**
- Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs and provide ongoing support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
**Travel**
- Travel to client locations as required for training and implementation purposes.
- Manage travel arrangements efficiently to optimize time and resources.
**Requirements**:
- Any Graduate or Postgraduate - BE/MCA/Bsc/Msc
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and must have exposure in MS SQL part.
- Basic knowledge of technical software and the ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Open to travel for client training and implementation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
