A Batching Plant Operator / Production operator at a Construction / Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) / Building materials is responsible for mixing concrete, maintaining the plant, and ensuring quality. **Responsibilities**:

- Operate a central mixer to combine cement, sand, aggregate, water, and other ingredients to create concrete
- Test batches to ensure they meet specifications and address any issues
- Maintain the plant's equipment and troubleshoot mechanical problems
- Maintain adequate levels of supplies and products
- Comply with worksite health and safety guidelines
- Operate a computer-controlled batching system to transfer product from storage bins to ready-mix trucks
- Operate heavy equipment like loaders or skid steers

**Qualifications**:

- Graduation is preferred.
- Minimum 6 -8 years of experience in Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) / construction / building Materials industry.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
