**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Windows systems (2008/2012/2016) in Hybrid environment
- Provide support to Windows systems including day-to-day operational issues, monitoring and problem resolution for supported servers
- In depth Experience with VMware virtualization technologies including vSphere, vCenter management suite, SRM, VRA, VROPS, Vrealize
- In depth Experience in understanding of Windows Operating system, Active Directory, DNS, DFS, ADFS, DHCP, Print Servers, RDS, File Services / Clustering
- In depth Experience on troubleshooting HP Servers hardware, HP Blade configuration, Nutanix Configuration
- Basic experience with any of the storage platforms including NetApp, EMC, IBM, Client
- Knowledge of Storage and network from Windows/Platform perspective
- Experience on VMware Update Manager, Nutanix One Click Update, LCM Experience in VM template design and leveraging venter Operations Manager to right size, virtual servers
- Experience in IT Operation automation assessment techniques
- Experience to Develop, Plan, Design and Build patch management system for Windows and Virtualization using WSUS, SMS, SCCM VMware Update Manager.
- Experience on to build VMware DRS, VMware HA, System Fault Tolerance, Business continuity and Disaster recovery planning
- Installation of Physical Nutanix nodes / Configuration of IPMI
- Understanding of AOS(NOS) and Software Installation (Foundation) Configure VMware cluster in Nutanix / Nutanix Node Management in VMWARE Installing / Configuration / Monitor / Troubleshoot CVM and health in Prism
- Disaster Recovery and Backup integration with Nutanix
- Applications Management in Prism Central Experience on configuration of Citric environment 7.1x, 7.6 Experience on handling Citric Issues
- Work experience in Mid / Large size IT Infrastructure service organization
- Ability to learn new skills quickly with little supervision and ensuring the detail is of high priority
- Strong problem solving skills while being process orientated
- Self-motivating, process and service focused individual

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Administration & Operation support
- Day to Day operations and work plan allocation/management.
- Create repository of Workflows, Run books, Rules, & Configurations
- Evaluation of new tools and platforms for the best solution
- Collaborate with multiple stake holders across the board
- Responsible for Vendor Management and people management.
- Ensure adherence to quality / security standards defined
- Person will Lead and guide the team in continuous improvement projects
- Person will be responsible, in meeting the target KPIs of the shared service team.
- Ensure Manage & Maintenance of Industrialized Server & OS

**Salary**: ₹150,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per month
