Job Title: Jr Platform Systems Admin

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Jr. Platform Systems Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our platform operations team, you will be responsible for handling all BMC Remedy SaaS Releases/Changes as part of the Change Team.

You will work closely with customers to gather requirements before starting any change, design and develop the plan, execute the plan, and troubleshoot and fix all issues identified during change implementation.

In addition, you will coordinate with SaaS Support Teams, including Operations, Database, Networking, Security, and Wintel, as well as with Product Teams to get quick resolutions to issues.

The ideal candidate will have exposure to Remedy Change/Migration Activities and experience in ARS Development using ARS Forms, ARS objects, Active Links, Filters, Escalation, Active Link Guide, Filter Guides, Menus, Web Services, Applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Exposure to Remedy Integrations using latest version of Remedy APIs and ARS workflow (AR, AR 8.x, and AR 9.x)
  • Integration with SRM, Incident, Change, Work Order and CMDB Module
  • Working knowledge of SRM, ITSM, CMDB Remedy Architect
  • ITIL v3 certification is preferable
  • Working knowledge of Databases e.g SQL/Oracle/Postgres
  • Strong Problem-solving ability
  • Exposure to the change management process
  • Exposure to DevOps technologies and Processes highly preferred
  • Ability to work with significant Deadlines
  • Hard working, dedicated effective communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience
