Junior Technology Consultant

About Position:

We are seeking a motivated and technically adept Technology Consultant with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in implementing Digital Trust Governance tools. This role is instrumental in delivering governance tools / solutions for our clients, ensuring alignment with regulations/frameworks such as EU AI Act, ISO 42001, NIST AI RMF, GDPR, etc.

You will work closely with senior team members, solution partners and clients to deliver the above requirements.

What You'll Do:

• Assist in end-to-end implementation of data privacy and AI GRC platforms including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, user training and deployment.
• Work with senior team members and solution partners to translate compliance needs into technical implementation plans.
• Support integration efforts between AI/Privacy platforms and enterprise systems (e.g., IAM, CMDB, DLP, cloud infrastructure).
• Participate in platform PoCs, product demos, and client presentations.
• Assist in documenting test results and aligning them with requisite compliance requirements.
• Assist in maintaining documentation including implementation guides, user manuals, and support playbooks.
• Continuously monitor the solution/s performance and ensure post-implementation support.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 1–3 years of experience in implementing and/or supporting data privacy or AI governance tools.
• Strong understanding of data lifecycle, PII/PHI/AI system identification, and risk-based implementation.
• Working knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, SaaS deployments, and security protocols.
• Ability to translate regulatory or policy requirements into technical configurations.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
• Preferred Certifications (any one or more):
• OneTrust Certified Professional or similar certification from Securiti.ai, BigID, or TrustArc
• AI Governance or Responsible AI Foundational courses
• ISO 27701 / ISO 42001 awareness or implementation training
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
