Job Description: Sales Girl for Arun Mehndi Studio & Classes

Position: Sales Executive (Inbound & Outbound Calls)

Location: Arun Mehndi Studio & Classes, Kandivali West, Mumbai

Employment Type: Full-Time/Part-Time

Key Responsibilities:
1. Inbound & Outbound Calls:
Handle incoming inquiries related to mehndi courses and bridal mehndi bookings.

Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote our courses and services.

2. Sales & Promotion:
Promote our offline mehndi courses, including ongoing offers.

Take bridal mehndi orders and upsell related services.

Provide complete details about cone making, paste making, and color solution workshops.

3. Client Relationship Management:
Maintain a positive relationship with clients and ensure their satisfaction.

Answer queries and provide detailed explanations about our services and courses.

4. Lead Generation & Follow-up:
Generate leads through calls, references, and follow-up on inquiries.

Maintain an organized database of inquiries and regularly follow up.

5. Administrative Support:
Coordinate appointments and bookings.

Manage payment processes for courses and bridal bookings.

**Requirements**:
Minimum education: 12th pass or graduate (preferred).

Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and Marathi tamil kannada Telugu Malayalam (optional).

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role is an advantage.

Basic computer skills (MS Office, Excel, etc.) for maintaining records.

Friendly, confident, and persuasive personality.

**Salary**:
Attractive fixed salary with incentives based on performance.

Timings:
10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (may vary depending on client needs).
