**About the role**

We are looking for a motivated and driven Finance Executive who will contribute to the company's financial objectives. Your responsibilities include optimizing financial processes, overseeing budgets, analyzing industry trends, and ensuring compliance. Your strategic financial insights will be key in supporting senior management and guiding Astrotalk to success in a competitive market.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
- Drive Revenue & profitability within the vertical.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
- Stay abreast of technological advancements and actively seek opportunities to integrate technology for process improvement in finance operations.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
- Keep abreast of changes in financial regulations and proactively implement necessary adjustments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor and report on budget variances, providing recommendations for corrective actions.
- Coordinate and liaise with external auditors during the audit process.

**Skills/Attributes required**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with a CA firm or in a corporate finance role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
- Technologically advanced with a proven ability to leverage technology for process optimization.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
