**Department**: Finance & Accounts
**Reports to**: Accounts Manager / Finance Head
**Experience Required**: [1-3 years]
**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Role Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle **day-to-day accounting tasks**: bookkeeping, data entry, and voucher preparation.
- Manage **accounts payable (AP)** and **accounts receivable (AR)**.
- Prepare and process **invoices, bills, and bank payments**.
- Conduct **monthly bank reconciliations**.
- Assist in **GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings**.
- Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions in accounting software (e.g. Tally, Zoho Books, SAP).
- Coordinate with vendors and clients for payment follow-ups and queries.
- Assist in preparing **monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports**.
- Support external and internal **audit processes**.
- Maintain financial confidentiality and accuracy at all times.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Commerce / Accounting / Finance** (e.g. B.Com, M.Com).
- [1-3] years of experience in an accounting role.
- Proficiency in accounting software like **Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks, or SAP**.
- Strong understanding of **GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards**.
- Good MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

**Preferred Qualifications (Optional)**:

- Experience working with **ERP systems**.
- Familiarity with **MIS reporting**.
- Additional certification (e.g. CA Inter, CMA Inter) is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
