**Position : Accounts Executive - Finance & Accounts (Immediate Joiner Required)**

**Experience : 2 to 5 years**

**Location : Sec-63, Noida**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all accounting transactions
- Publish financial statements in time
- Capable of handling accounting data entry till the finalization of accounts
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Quarterly, Half yearly & yearly debtors & creditors reconciliation.
- Ensure timely bank payments
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
- Audit financial transactions and documents
- Co-ordination with banks for daily payments & collections.
- Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
- Comply with financial policies and regulations

**Qualifications & Skills Required**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting or Finance
- 2+ years of experience as a accountant.
- knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures
- Hands-on experience with accounting software like Tally, etc
- Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookup and pivot tables
- Experience with general ledger functions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
