**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Clearly communicate Accqrate’s value proposition to prospective customers.
- Qualify leads and coordinate product demonstrations with the technical team.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and follow up regularly to ensure conversion.
- Assist in creating customized proposals and presentations to meet client-specific needs.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and sales activities.
- Support the marketing team in campaign execution and lead generation initiatives.
- Gather market intelligence and customer insights to refine outreach strategies.

**Technical Proficiency & Skills Required**
- Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be an extrovert with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Understanding of ERP systems and business operations is an advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and engaging manner.
