**Logistics Intern**

**Role Description**:

- **As a Logistics intern, you will handle and track domestic shipments, provide detailed reports to the Operations team periodically
**- **This is a very hands-on role which will involve coordination with internal and external stakeholders in order to ensure smooth functioning of SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and to drive down turnaround times and streamline various operations related processes

**As a Logistics Intern, you will.**
**- **Work closely with the Operations team by conducting centralised tracking of
shipments, coordinating with customs and resolving any issues regarding the same**:

- **Conduct routine updation of SLAs in Domestic shipments**:

- **Handle shipment escalations (missed appointments and delayed deliveries) on an
immediate basis**:

- **Ensure timely follow-ups and processing of logistics and warehousing invoices**:

- **Conduct in-depth analysis of commercials received from 3rd Party Logistics**:

- **Provide support to resolve operational issues that may arise from the end-to-end
sales process (e.g., order status, returns, deliveries, invoicing, pricing issues, post
sales programs, reporting and so on)**:

- **Oversee periodic manpower and resource evaluations**:

- **Facilitate sourcing and transportation for any New Product Development related
requirements**:

- **Regulate and streamline invoice cycles and ensure timely invoice closures**:

- **Work with and manage Internal and external stakeholders

- **Are an Engineer or an MBA in Supply Chain (Preferred not mandatory)**:

- **Have prior experience in Logistics/Warehousing/Fulfilment space/E-Commerce (Preferred not mandatory)

**Structure**
**- **6 Month Internship | Full Time offer thereafter based on performance
**- **Based out of Indiranagar, Bangalore/ Gurgaon, Delhi
**- **5 days working - Hybrid Model with 3 days in office (predefined and mandatory)

**Job Types**: Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
