**Role Overview**
We are seeking a **Client Relations & Sales Executive** who can build trust, handle client interactions confidently, and close high-value deals. This role involves **calling leads provided by Trecasa**, handling inbound inquiries, and presenting our services with a luxury approach.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle **inbound leads** from **social media, referrals, and events**:
- **Call and follow up** with leads provided by Trecasa
- Conduct **client consultations** and present Trecasa’s services with confidence
- Coordinate with the design team to prepare accurate proposals and quotes
- Maintain detailed call logs and follow-up records in CRM tools
- Schedule and attend meetings (in-office or on-site) for walkthroughs and discussions
- Ensure **timely closure of deals** and meet monthly revenue targets
- Build and maintain **strong client relationships** for referrals and repeat projects
**Required Skills & Experience**
- Minimum **3 years experience** in interiors, architecture, or luxury sales
- Excellent communication skills in **English, Telugu, and Hindi**:
- Ability to **convert inquiries into projects** and handle objections effectively
- Knowledge of interior design basics is an advantage
- Proficient in **Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools**:
- Presentable, proactive, and goal-oriented
**Performance Goals**
- Achieve **₹30-70L in closed deals monthly**:
- Respond to every lead within **24 hours**:
- Maintain **100% professionalism** in all client interactions
