**Pre-Sales Role**:
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about multiple projects and services using scripts.
- Good Knowledge about the Locations in Bangalore is preferable.
- Should be able to clarify customer doubts, about Project and company.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and pass on the same to Relationship Managers to close sales.
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
- Take and Process requirements and pass on the same in an accurate manner.
- Good in maintaining data base of customer, calls and sales on timely basis.
**Must Have**:
- Graduate from a recognized Institute / University in any discipline.
- Strong Computer knowledge and can understand the basic software.
- Good presentation skills.
- Should be good in written and verbal communication with good knowledge and effective in using system with assigned software.
- Good to have communication in English, Hindi, Kannada
