**Job Overview**

We are looking for talented and dedicated Store Executives for one of the ten most famous eateries in Goa.

As a Store Executive you need to be friendly, courteous and professional. You need to greet customers, provide prompt and efficient service, and do everything necessary to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**
- Delivering well executed and courteous service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Actively participate in floor operations in peak hours, and as needed.
- Resolving all issues professionally.
- Consistently maintain the image and vision of the organization.
- Prepare reports in MS Word & Excel.
- Achieving sales goals.

**Requirements**:

- Needs to be a good communicator, English and Hindi fluency is necessary, Konkani desirable.
- HSSC/Diploma or similar.
- Knowledge of MS Word & Excel.
- Should have good attention to detail and ensuring working environment and equipment are kept in visually and operationally satisfactory condition.
- Baristas with minimum 1 year experience preferred but not essential.
- The ability to maintain a cheerful and friendly demeanour is essential.
- Good personal appearance.
- Ready to work in shifts as specified.
