Admin Manager

Responsibilities:
- Ensure a smooth and pleasant guest experience
- Monitor guest satisfaction and handle complaints or feedback professionally
- Ensure timely and quality service during peak hours
- Supervise FOH operations and assist with the same as required
- Ensure kitchen operations are efficiently running
- Monitor cleanliness and hygiene in cafe related sections: dining, kitchen, bathrooms, staff zones, and outdoor spaces
- Coordinate and support scheduled cleaning routines (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Ensure service and kitchen storage is organised
- Ensure all team members follow their respective SOP
- Maintain optimal stock levels for all departments (kitchen, bar, store)
- Handle procurement, vendor coordination, order verification, and quality control
- Track wastage, unused ingredients, update and manage stock inventories regularly
- Organize stock areas and ensure data accuracy in inventory systems
- Ensure teams update inventory as per standard timelines
- Manage daily billing across café, bar, and store operations
- Handle cash transactions, tip distribution, and maintain financial records
- Update sales and expenses in coordination with the accountant
- Manage vendor invoicing and ensure timely payments
- Oversee staff co-ordination and management
- Document onboarding and offboarding of staff members
- Ensure staff compliance with legal requirements
- Coordinate event logistics including partners, vendors, and musicians
- Organize seating, special menus, and sound systems for events
- Ensure event communication via social media and guest experience are seamless
- Share daily café updates via WhatsApp and social media
- Troubleshoot or coordinate with technicians and service providers if there's any issues in equipment or systems
- Notify management of any conflicts, maintenance issues, damages, or urgent matters
