A Restaurant Captain is responsible for ensuring a positive and efficient dining experience for guests, acting as a liaison between guests, staff, and the kitchen. They oversee service, train and supervise staff, manage reservations and seating, and handle customer complaints. Key Responsibilities:

- **Guest Service**:Greet guests warmly, ensure they are seated promptly, and address their needs and requests.
- **Order Taking and Processing**:Accurately take and process food and beverage orders, communicating any special requests or dietary restrictions to the kitchen.
- **Staff Management**:Supervise and train servers, ensure they adhere to service standards, and address any issues that may arise.
- **Kitchen Coordination**:Communicate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
- **Reservation and Seating**:Manage reservations, seat guests efficiently, and ensure all tables are properly set.
- **Problem Solving**:Handle customer complaints, resolve issues, and take steps to improve the overall dining experience.
- **Inventory and Cleanliness**:Monitor inventory levels, maintain cleanliness in the service area, and ensure all necessary supplies are readily available.
- **Training and Development**:Develop and deliver training programs for new staff members, ensuring they understand service standards and procedures.
- **Safety and Security**:Ensure a safe and secure dining environment, addressing any safety concerns or potential hazards.
- **Cost Control**:Monitor expenses and take steps to control costs without compromising quality or service.
- **Sales and Promotion**:Suggest menu items, promote specials, and encourage repeat business.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
