**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS**
- Oversee financial operations including AP/AR, job cost accounting, payroll and cash flow management.
- Optimize cash flow and working capital, efficiently managing financial resources to meet ongoing project requirements.
- Processes sub-contractor’s requisitions and issues payments/checks.
- Tracks payments for sub-contractors, contractors and suppliers/vendors.
- Reviews accuracy of Schedule of Values (SOV’s) submitted by PM for each project.
- Prepare financial forecasts, providing valuable financial guidance for business planning and supporting growth initiatives.
- Bookkeeping
- Generate Quarterly and Annual financial reports
- Partners with CPA for taxes

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- 7+ years of hands-on accounting experience.
- Proven experience in financial management softwares like Quickbooks
- In-depth knowledge of construction accounting principles, cost accounting, and project financial management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and utilize financial data effectively.
- Proficiency in financial software, MS Office including word, excel, etc...
- Well spoken in English as this role will require interaction with the US team.

Pay: ₹149,212.71 - ₹694,289.06 per year
