**Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive**

Job Summary: As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, ensuring that they are satisfied with the products and services provided by the company. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers and will be responsible for resolving any issues or concerns that they may have. You will also be responsible for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, answering their queries and addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring that they are satisfied with the products and services provided by the company
- Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to customers
- Ensure that customer issues are resolved quickly and effectively, escalating issues to management when necessary
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys to gather feedback and improve the customer experience
- Prepare reports on customer feedback and satisfaction levels for management review

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Proven experience as a Customer Relationship Executive or a similar customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
- Good problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and find effective solutions to customer issues
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
