**Key Responsibilities**
- Facilitate daily Stand-up meetings for teams. Help the team make progress by ensuring each member is working on the right priorities, removing barriers, and protecting the team from distractions.
- Coach team members on Agile framework and practices.
- Ensure all teams have clear guidelines / User stories & that test plans are in place. Monitor execution, communicate and coordinate across teams and team members.
- Collaborate with product owners and other business partners to understand, refine and prioritize requirements that drive innovative cloud native B2B SaaS solution architecture, technology, and tools. Be the main point of contact for external communications.
- Coordinate proof-of-concept as needed to determine technology solutions.
- Participate in security and compliance architecture and implementation discussions to ensure solutions comply with corporate and regulatory policies.

**About You**
- You are a Certified Scrum Master with excellent knowledge of the Scum framework, artifacts and techniques.
- Bachelor's in computer science, Business or related technical field or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of project management / Scrum master experience in the Payments, Financial or HCM area.
- Constantly seek out better ways and enjoy learning and adapting quickly to arrive to a solution using new technologies, frameworks and tools.
- Experience operating in an Agile Environment and with CI/CD pipeline driving DevOps best practices within development teams.
