**HIMAIRA**is a leading e-commerce brand. We're looking for a **creative and results-driven** **Social Media Executive** to join our team and elevate our online presence.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Monitor and updated social media accounts, website, and marketplaces with latest content.
- Creating the content calendar for the month.
- Coming up with the ideas and implementing online events and contest with influencers.

.Coordinating with in-house team (graphic designer, content etc.) to create a consistent stream of new content for audience interaction while analyzing, managing and altering schedules where necessary to optimize engagement.

.Work closely with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns.
- Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging SEO ready blogs for the website.

.Solving customer queries and maintain good customer relations.
- Create tickets where required for customer queries resolutions.

.Respoding to negative customer comments online and managing reputation.

**.**Patient Listener, Excellent Communication skills

.Must know fluent English (oral and written) and Hindi.

.Good typing Speed, problem solving, greatly confident.

.University/ college degree is an asset.

.Familiarity with Microsoft office and social media platforms.

.Working hour currently, we are working for 8 hours starting at **10 AM to 6PM.**

**.*Days of work-**5 days a week Monday to Friday*

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
