About the Role We are looking for a passionate and creative individual who loves connecting with people and has a strong eye for photography videography and social media storytelling The role involves capturing authentic community stories student journeys and impactful moments from our skill centers and surrounding communities This is not about heavy filters or staged content we want real raw and emotional captures that highlight the true impact of our programs The ideal candidate should be social empathetic and skilled in both visual and written storytelling with a flair for creating engaging Instagram content Key Responsibilities Capture authentic photographs and videos of students classes and community activities Document student journeys and impactful stories from the community Edit raw content into simple engaging reels and social media posts Write captions stories and short narratives to accompany visuals Manage Instagram and assist in growing the center s digital presence Work closely with students trainers and the community to build trust and bring out genuine stories Ensure all content aligns with the organization s vision and values Requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills must enjoy interacting with people Good eye for photography videography basic editing and reel-making skills required Basic knowledge of social media Instagram focus Creative writing ability to narrate community student stories Empathy patience and social awareness to work closely with diverse communities Previous experience in photography media journalism or community engagement is a plus What We Offer Opportunity to create meaningful impact through your work A chance to build your portfolio with real human stories and community-focused content Supportive environment to learn and grow in storytelling media and social impact Job Types Part-time Contractual Temporary Contract length 3 months Pay 12 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Work Location In person
