Position: Site Supervisor

Location: Thrissur

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

- Effectively manage day-to-day operations of every projects, ensuring strict adherence to schedules and uncompromising quality standards.
- Collaborate seamlessly with contractors, subcontractors, and designers to orchestrate flawless project execution.
- Conduct rigorous quality assessments to ensure meticulous compliance with design specifications and superior workmanship.
- Swiftly address project-related challenges, maintaining open lines of communication with teams
- Maintain meticulous records of project activities, progress updates, and budget allocations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Diploma In civil/B.Tech in civil

**Experience**:

- 1-2 Year experience civil site supervision. Freshers are also invited.
- Profound technical proficiency in construction methodologies and materials.
- Exceptional problem-solving acumen for judicious decision-making even in exigent scenarios.
- Outstanding organizational capabilities for systematic management of tasks and timelines.
- knowledge in autocad, sketchup software

Salary: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule: - Day shift - Weekend availability
