Job Title: Civil Site Supervisor (Freshers)

**Salary**: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month + Travel Expense

Education: Completion of ITI or Diploma in Civil Engineering

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the planning and execution of landscaping projects under the guidance of senior supervisors.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Supervise and guide laborers and contractors on-site to maintain quality standards and adhere to safety regulations.
- Monitor the progress of work, identify any deviations from plans, and propose solutions to overcome challenges.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure that construction activities comply with specifications and standards.
- Keep accurate records of materials, equipment, and manpower usage for reporting purposes.
- Assist in the maintenance of tools, machinery, and equipment to ensure smooth operation on-site.
- Communicate effectively with team members and report any issues or concerns to the project manager.
- Uphold a positive work environment by fostering teamwork, cooperation, and professionalism among crew members.
- Willingness to travel to different project sites as required.

**Requirements**:

- Completion of ITI or Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction practices.
- Ability to adapt to changing work conditions and perform duties under varying weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
