- Act as the point of contact between the Executive Director and internal/external clients.
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Handling requests and queries appropriately
- Take dictation and minutes
- Assist Executive Director in admin related issues
- Obtaining reports from various departments
- Preparation of MIS
- Good communication skills and drafting

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
