BTCPL is seeking diligent and hardworking individuals to join our team as Loading Staff. The primary responsibility of this role is to efficiently load and unload goods, ensuring the safe and secure movement of products within the warehouse or distribution area.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Safely and efficiently load and unload materials from trucks, containers, or pallets.
- Handle fragile or heavy items with care to prevent damage.
- Operate loading equipment such as forklifts, hand trucks, or pallet jacks (if certified).
- Ensure products are stacked and stored properly in designated areas.
- Perform regular checks on loading/unloading equipment and report any issues.
- Assist with packing and securing goods for transit, following the company's guidelines.
- Coordinate with warehouse supervisors to prioritize and organize shipments.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to health and safety protocols.
- Track incoming and outgoing shipments and document any discrepancies.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Prior experience in a similar role (preferred but not required).
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to [specify weight]).
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures in a warehouse setting.
- Forklift or other relevant certifications (if applicable).

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong attention to detail.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends or overtime as required.

**Work Environment**:

- Primarily works in a warehouse or loading dock setting.
- Exposure to various weather conditions when working outside.
