Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Coordinator located in Patna. The Office Coordinator will manage daily administrative tasks, including handling office equipment, answering phones, and providing customer service. They will ensure smooth office operations, maintain communication channels, and support the needs of staff and visitors.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Administrative Assistance and handling Office Equipment
  • Phone Etiquette and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Experience in an office setting is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
