- **Handling inbound calls**:Answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support.
- **Understanding customer needs**:Actively listening to customers to understand their requirements and tailor communication accordingly.
- **Promoting products/services**:Effectively explaining product features and benefits to potential customers, addressing their concerns, and encouraging purchase or further engagement.
- **Maintaining call logs**:Documenting interactions, including outcomes, and updating customer records for future reference.
- **Meeting targets**:Achieving daily or weekly call targets and sales/engagement goals.
- **Following up**:Following up on leads and potential customers to nurture relationships and move them towards conversion.
