**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, offering emotional and procedural support before, during, and after treatment.
- Guide patients through healthcare services, procedures, and financial processes.
- Handle patient concerns empathetically and provide timely resolutions to ensure a smooth experience.
- Conduct follow-up calls and post-visit check-ins to ensure patient satisfaction.
- Encourage and manage online review generation across platforms (Google, Practo, etc.).
- Collaborate with marketing and front office teams to ensure consistent patient engagement and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, feedback, and concerns.
- Assist in developing strategies to improve patient experience and satisfaction scores.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3-4 years of experience in patient counselling or similar roles in the healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of hospital workflows, patient lifecycle, and healthcare services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and regional languages (Kannada preferred).
- Proven experience in managing patient feedback and generating online reviews.
- Empathetic, approachable, and detail-oriented with excellent listening skills.
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and basic administrative tools (Excel, CRM, etc.).

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience in multi-specialty hospitals or healthcare chains.
- Knowledge of digital marketing or reputation management tools.
- Certification in counselling or patient engagement programs.

Pay: ₹30,303.13 - ₹40,083.26 per month
